Born in 1981, Deng is from Chenzhou city, Hunan province. He was graduated from Hunan Polytechnic Institute in 2006. Deng went on to study oil painting at the Guangzhou Art Academy in 2009.

     Deng is a professional painter and specialized in oil painting. In the past decade, Deng had participated in many art exhibitions, both national and provincial events. Many of his works of art were acquired by private collectors in the country and abroad.
